This is a series of 4-6 classes to take a deeper dive into each concept than the Bootcamp Workshop.  Each class includes hands-on learning modules, as well as a specified number of followup consultations.

In this Workshop, participants will be taught the concept, creation and processes of Workflow management.  This Workshop is an overview for those who are adept at accomplishing goals on their own and are able to learn the concept and apply it to their businesses.

This hands on approach nails each Client's  Workflow management system.   This can  be a startup Workflow system or better organizing for more profound efficiency, automation and productivity.  We will apply tools to create as much automatic processes as possible.  Marcía will team with you and "get her hands dirty", "grease" under her fingernails to configure a tailored Workflow for your business.  The ultimate goals a well-"oiled" business with less worry for YOU!

Marcía can show you simple, easily implemented ways to have better control over your time.  She has learned to fight the "time-warp" syndrome to become more aware of where minutes and hours are being lost in the shuffle.  This means goals aren't being accomplished and you may be feeling frustrated.
